Martin Brent is a surveyor that has been working in the marine industry ranging from commercial vessels to small craft and yacht repair since 2008. He has worked in one of the leading boatyards on the Chesapeake bay assessing with everything from major refits to minor fiberglass repairs. He has worked on various systems, and a wide array of vessels,

Holding a 100 GRT Master license with a Master of towing Martin has worked in the commercial marine industry for the past 7 years furthering his knowledge and experience of vessel systems, operation, and repair. Being an ABYC standards certified advisor, member of the Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors (SAMS), and having graduated from the Chapman School of Seamanship Small Craft and Yacht Surveying course as valedictorian Martin is always working to further his education in the marine field.
